Jiana Farrell About Coach Jiana joined the Career Center in July 2023 as the Healthcare and School of Social Welfare Career Coach. In her role, she empowers students to think beyond their academic and practicum experiences, providing them with the tools they need to kick-start their career journeys, as well as reflect on who they are and where their interests lie. Coaching Style With a focus on continuous growth, Jiana takes a reflective approach to helping students identify connections between their interests and potential career paths, ensuring that every student walks away with clear, measurable goals for their next steps. Contact Cara Morris About Coach Cara earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education & Psychology from Keene State College. Within her professional career, Cara has taken on several different roles. She has worked within Early Childhood Education, recruitment, student services, and education sales. Cara's latest role involved working with undergraduate students pursuing medical, law, and professional schools and her passion for higher education grew. Being an advisor and mentor for students in such a pivotal time of their lives is such a fulfilling role for her. Cara enjoys being able to provide resources, problem solve in creative ways, and nurture students on their way to their professional aspirations. Much of Cara's background will help students position themselves as competitive candidates for employment opportunities, organize their job searches, and receive a hands-on approach to entering their working professions.
