Meet the CEAS Student Interns
|
Andrew ShiMajor: Information SystemsI was interested in becoming a CEAS Student Intern because I wanted to learn and work in a professional setting, as well as embrace a wide array of responsibilities. I believe that everyone should be able to utilize resources that can help them academically and personally! Some fun facts about me are that I am left-handed, I love 3D printing, and I am a huge Star Wars fan! |

Mysha RahmanMajors: Business Management & EconomicsI wanted to become a CEAS student intern because I love being part of the Stony Brook community and helping out fellow students. I'm passionate about maximizing the use of campus resources, particularly academic advising. The CEAS office accompanies students every step of the way, from selecting majors to graduation, and I wanted to be directly involved in that journey. A fun fact is that my cat has an instagram account. |

Shivom JoshiMajors: Applied Math and Statistics & EconomicsI was interested in joining the CEAS USO as a student intern because it seemed like a great place to build my professional relationships and understand more about the work environment in different offices. I wanted to learn more about working more in depth with a team rather than only having basic corporate experience which I got from previous internships, and I think that the CEAS USO provides a friendly and collaborative experience. A fun fact about me is that I am from Kenya and I have lived in 6 countries now. |

Thomas MbriceMajor: Computer ScienceI've always been fascinated by helping students, and the CEAS Student Internship presents an ideal opportunity for me to immerse myself in hands-on learning and contribute to impactful projects within the College of Engineering and Applied Science. Collaborating with experienced professionals in this dynamic environment excites me, as I believe it will not only enhance my skills but also provide invaluable insights for my future endeavors. A fun fact about me is that I play intramural soccer here at SBU! |
