Doctoral Hooding Ceremony

Spring 2026 Doctoral Hooding Ceremony: May 21, 2026 | 4 pm

Doctoral candidates who have completed their degree requirements by the Ceremony Registration deadline are eligible to participate in the May Doctoral Hooding Ceremony. August, December and January candidates are permitted to attend the ceremony by emailing Doctoral Hooding. Additional information will be emailed to students who signed up for the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony.

Please note that completion of the Graduation Application does not serve as registration for the May Doctoral Hooding Ceremony. Students will receive information on how to register for Doctoral Hooding after completing their application and being approved.

Students earning their doctorate, masters degree or an advanced graduate certificate can find information about participating in University Commencement visit Conferences and Special Events' Commencement.
