Learn about the practice of bringing awareness and a healthy perspective to our lives. Meditation involves time spent quietly focusing our busy minds in order to bring attention to what our present moment is, rather than pondering the past or guessing about the future.

Our Schedule

Our open meditation hours are from 8:30 am-7:30 pm Monday through  Friday.  We also hold guided meditation sessions along with times to get directions on how to meditate! Click below to find out when the meditation teacher is present to answer your questions and give you some easy guidance on how to get started with a meditation practice.
