Journalism Without Walls is a unique educational experience offered by Stony Brook University School of Journalism. The program gives students the opportunity to report stories from beyond the limitations of the campus community. The hands-on, practical experience enriches students with a broader, deeper understanding of the world around them.

Wall Street Journal Fellowship
The Marie Colvin Fellowship, sponsored by News Corp, will support a 10-week reporting assignment with The Wall Street Journal for a graduating senior in Stony Brook University’s School of Journalism. The fellowship will give one outstanding graduating senior or master’s student the opportunity to work at one of the Journal’s international bureaus.
