Ever wondered what it feels like to step up to the mic? This interactive Stand-Up Comedy Workshop with veteran comedian Paul Anthony takes you from your first idea to a live onstage performance. Along the way, you’ll develop skills that reach far beyond comedy — storytelling, presence, confidence, and authentic communication.
No prior performance experience required. Open to students and community members.
What You’ll Learn
- Create original material rooted in personal experience
- Identify and refine your authentic voice and point of view
- Strengthen storytelling, structure, timing, and delivery
- Build confidence in public speaking and audience engagement
- Practice creative risk-taking in a supportive environment

Live Student Showcase
The workshop culminates in a live comedy showcase, where participants perform their original material for a real audience — an energizing capstone and a celebration of the work developed in class.
