Sponsorship Opportunities

Welcome to our Wolfstock  Sponsorship Opportunities page! Your generous contributions help us create a memorable and exciting experience for our community. Explore the different sponsorship tiers and find the perfect match for your organization.

 

Seawolf Sponsor, $25,000

As the presenting sponsor of  Wolfstock, you enjoy unparalleled recognition, which includes:

  • Listed in all Homecoming communications as “Presented by YOUR BUSINESS NAME”
    • Those Homecoming communications include emails to all alumni, and schedule of events page and social mentions each time Homecoming is promoted (minimum of four social mentions across platforms that could include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X)
  • Your digital ad placed in all Homecoming emails, sent to all alumni
  • Your digital ad placed in SB Matters e-newsletter before Homecoming
  • Your digital ad placed in September email sent to all Alumni 
  • Web ad placed on Alumni website four weeks leading up to Homecoming
  • One sponsored giveaway on Facebook page 
  • One sponsored giveaway on Alumni Instagram page 
  • Logo inclusion on event signage that reads “Presented by YOUR BUSINESS NAME or LOGO” (minimum of four printed signs)
  • Booth (10’x10′ tent) to distribute promotional item during tailgate
  • Ten tickets to the Wolfstock BBQ
  • Ten tickets to the football game
  • Two parking passes

     

    Brook Sponsor, $15,000

    As an associate sponsor of Wolfstock, your sponsorship includes:

    • Listed in all Homecoming communications as “YOUR BUSINESS NAME is a proud associate sponsor of Homecoming”
      • Those Homecoming communications include emails to all alumni, the Homecoming website, and social mentions each time Homecoming is promoted (minimum of four social mentions across platforms that could include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X)
    • Your digital ad will be placed in one SBMatters e-newsletter before Homecoming; it is sent to all alumni monthly
    • Rotating Web ad placed at homecoming website four weeks leading up to Homecoming
    • One sponsored giveaway on Facebook page or Instagram
    • Logo inclusion on Homecoming sign at Tailgate that reads, Thank You to Our Sponsors
    • Booth (10’x10′ tent) to distribute promotional items during the tailgate
    • Six tickets to the Wolfstock BBQ
    • Six tickets to the football game
    • One parking pass

     

    Wolfie Sponsor, $5,000

    As a supporter of Wolfstock, your sponsorship includes:

    • Listed on the Homecoming website, "YOUR BUSINESS NAME is a proud supporter of Homecoming”
    • Social mentions as Thank You to Our Sponsors each time Homecoming is promoted (minimum of two social mentions across platforms that could include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X)
    • Rotating Web ad placed on Homecoming website two weeks leading up to Homecoming
    • Logo inclusion on the Homecoming sign at the Tailgate that reads Thank You to Our Sponsors
    • Four tickets to the Wolfstock BBQ
