Report & Evaluation

Each project coordinator must submit a report to the President upon completion of the initiative. The report form is meant to guide self-evaluation regarding the effectiveness of the funded project and outline all project expenses

Reports can be completed through Qualtrics or downloaded, completed and emailed to Chi-Yong Won at ocdo@stonybrook.edu
