- Amanda
Amanda is a sophomore completing her degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and interested in the Writing and Rhetoric minor. She is also applying into the School of Social Work and hopes to pursue a career as a Social Worker. Amanda is the current secretary of her dorm's Student Hall Council. Whenever she finds a gap in her work, she strives to visit her dogs back in New Jersey-- and maybe her family too. She also enjoys hanging out with her friends, eating good food, and out-door activities. - Angelyse
- Anjali
Anjali is a junior double majoring in Globalization Studies/International Relations and Journalism. Her articles have been published in The Stony Brook Press, The Sidekick, and Watch Us Rise. She aims to pursue international law in the future. In her free time, she watches (and rewatches) Bollywood movies while knitting. - Brian
Brian is a sophomore majoring in Political Science and minoring in Professional Writing, hoping to go to law school. He is currently a teaching assistant for SBU 101 and WRT 102, as well as a research assistant for the Political Science Department. Brian is also an editor at the Stony Brook Press. In his free time, you might find Brian working on his blog, snapping photos with his digicam, or singing "Under Pressure" by Queen and David Bowie with his roommate. - Elise
Elise is a junior majoring in physics with a minor in English. She is a member of the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) honors college on campus, and the secretary for the Women in Physics and Astronomy club. In her free time you can find her reading the densest object in the universe (her class textbook), or talking about horror movies. - Isabela
Isabela is a junior majoring in Coastal Environmental Studies. She intends to pursue a masters in Environmental Science and Policy and hopes to have a career in the field. She has participated in environmental research at Syracuse University and USF St. Petersburg that focuses on sustainability and environmental literacy. In her free time, you can find Isabela binging anime, cooking, or singing along to whatever's stuck in her head that day. - Kevin

Maura is a sophomore majoring in English Teacher Preparation and minoring in Creative Writing. She is pursuing a career in higher education, and is currently a TA for SBU 101 and an Undergraduate Fellow. She has read her poetry at the Undergraduate IMAGINE readings with the Creative Writing department, and is always drafting new fiction projects. In her free time, you can see her anywhere from playing trombone at the Stony Brook Jazz Loft, lifting at the gym, participating in mah-jongg tournaments, or trudging through all 800 pages of John Fosse's Septology.
