Join Us for the 2025 SBU Vendor Community Fair

Mark your calendar for the 2025 SBU Vendor Community Fair, hosted by Procurement on September 25th in the Island Federal Sports Arena. This annual event brings together suppliers from across the region to showcase their products and services, offering opportunities to discover new vendors, strengthen partnerships, and support our campus community.

The fair is open to all faculty, staff, students, and members of the public. Admission is free, and attendees are encouraged to visit as many booths as possible to explore the wide variety of offerings.

This year, we’re proud to highlight our Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) suppliers. Look for the MWBE-SDVOB section to easily identify these vendors, who play a vital role in building a diverse, inclusive, and community-focused supplier network

New for 2025 - The University Career Center

For the first time, the University Career Center will be part of the SBU Vendor Community Fair. Many participating suppliers – including local businesses – may be seeking talent, and the Career Center will provide resources on recruiting students for internships, co-ops, and full-time positions.

By connecting employers with our student talent pool, the fair helps launch student careers, builds stronger employer relationships, and expands opportunities across the community.
