Undergraduate & Graduate Candidates

If you ordered regalia to be picked up at the SBU Campus Store, you can pick it up between April 22 - May 15, 2026 (During hours of operation only. Be sure to visit the Stony Brook Univesrity Campus Store website for up-to-date information).

Honors Stoles and Cords

Honor Stole Distribution

If you are an undergraduate student who qualifies for an honor stole, you will receive notification from the Provost's office via email. Honors stoles will be distributed by Conferences and Special Events in the Charles B. Wang Center on May 12, 13, and 14 from 12:00 to 3:00 pm.

College of Business Cord

Complete the University “First Destination Survey” and claim your College of Business graduation cord.

Complete Survey

All CoB graduating students who complete the survey qualify for a CoB graduation cord. These can be picked up in our Office of Student Services - Harriman 109. Save a screen shot of your completion screen as proof.
